  • Rugs take approximately 9-12 weeks to arrive at your doorstep since each knot is woven by hand. 
  • We're pleased to offer free shipping via FedEx and UPS within the United States.
  • Due to their handmade nature, colors may vary slightly from rug to rug. Sizing may also differ up to 1-2 inches. Each rug is a unique work of art!
  • Each rug is ethically crafted in a safe working environment by seasoned artisans. You can trust that no child or unsafe labor is used.
  • Most stains come out after blotting with warm water and mild dish soap. A suction attachment is recommended. Never use a "beater brush" or rotating brush attachment.
Care

Caring for your clothes is also caring for the environment.

To keep your clothes fresh and clean, simply refresh them and gently wipe with a cloth or clothing brush. This is a more delicate process for fabrics and helps avoid water and energy consumption from washing.
